Instead, the investigation revealed that after leaving Congress in January 2021, Gabbard transitioned to media and business ventures rather than lobbying activities. She established Tulsi Media LLC in March 2021 as a holding company for her podcast 'The Tulsi Gabbard Show' and TOA Studios LLC in May 2022 as a production company. She also founded the nonprofit We Must Protect in 2022, which focused on disaster relief efforts including $25,000 in aid for Maui fire victims.
Gabbard's post-congressional career focused on media appearances, speaking engagements, book publishing, and operating her business entities.
